Mariah Carey Has a Bar in New York, As Fabulous as You’d Expect

By NOS.3 Editora Team

Every holiday season, The City turns into a postcard, but this year comes with a soundtrack. Mariah Carey, the undisputed Queen of Christmas, is taking her holiday magic off the stage and into the city’s nightlife scene with Mariah Carey’s Holiday Bar, a glittering pop-up tucked inside the sleek Untitled Hotel on Freeman Alley.

Running from November 14 through December 28, the bar is an immersive celebration of everything we love about Mariah: glamour, nostalgia, and that particular kind of joy that comes right before “All I Want for Christmas Is You” hits the chorus. Guests (21+) can book 90-minute sessions that include a welcome cocktail and, depending on the day, brunch with mimosas or evening cocktails inspired by Carey’s own Black Irish liqueur line.

Inside, it’s pure Mimi. Think walls drenched in glittering ornaments, cozy corners framed with red velvet and gold, and a photo throne fit for the Queen herself. Vinyls, signature drinks, and exclusive merchandise keep the fantasy alive because in Mariah’s world, even your drink deserves a key change.

Mimi’s magic goes national. New York’s holiday bar is joined by three sister pop-ups: Ray’s Hometown Bar in Miami, On The Record at Park MGM in Las Vegas, and The Mondrian in Los Angeles. Each location reimagines Mariah’s festive universe with its own local flair, from Miami’s golden glow to Vegas’s neon opulence and L.A.’s modern sparkle. Expect cocktails featuring Carey’s own Black Irish liqueur, exclusive merch, and plenty of photo moments worthy of a Christmas card (or at least your best Instagram grid).

Mimi’s bar it’s a cultural moment: a blend of pop iconography, design fantasy, and the city’s love for limited-edition experiences. Mariah Carey’s Holiday Bar is a seasonal state of mind, bottled in sparkle.
